From the center of Leticia, head east on Calle 10 until you reach the intersection with Carrera 8. Turn left onto Carrera 8 and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. Turn right onto Avenida de la Paz and follow it until you reach the waterfront. Look for signs indicating boat services to Reserva Victoria Regia. There may be a small fee for parking your car near the boat launch point.

To reach Reserva Victoria Regia via public transportation, you can take a motorcycle taxi (moto-taxi) from any point in Leticia to the waterfront area.
