If you are driving from the center of Leticia, head northwest on Avenida 9 de Agosto towards Calle 10. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Avenida 9 de Agosto. After approximately 5 km, you will see a sign for 'Rio Amazonas' on your right. Turn right onto this road and continue for about 12 km. You'll eventually see signs for Calanoa. The total journey should take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
Public Transportation (Mototaxi)

To take a mototaxi (motorcycle taxi) from the center of Leticia to Calanoa, walk to a nearby mototaxi stand, commonly found around the main square. Tell the driver you want to go to Calanoa (or 'Rio Amazonas - Km 60'). The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes and the cost is typically around 10,000 to 15,000 COP (Colombian Pesos).
