If you're starting your journey from the Poblado Metro Station, take the Medellín Metro Line A (the blue line) towards San Javier. Ride for three stops and get off at the San Antonio Station. From there, transfer to Line B (the green line) towards San Javier and take it for one stop to the Parque Berrío Station. When you exit the station, head southwest towards Calle 52, then walk for about 10 minutes until you reach CamantoursMedellin.
