From El Poblado, walk to the nearest Metro station, which is 'El Poblado' station. Purchase a ticket (costing around 2,500 COP) at the ticket counter or vending machines. Take Line A (the blue line) towards 'Niquía'. After 5 stops, get off at 'San Antonio' station. From here, transfer to Line B (the green line) towards 'Ayura'. Ride for 2 stops and get off at 'Universidad' station.

Upon exiting 'Universidad' station, follow the signs to 'Jardín Botánico'. Exit the station and head northwest towards 'Carrera 65'. Walk along 'Carrera 65' and take a left onto 'Calle 73'. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance at 'Cl. 73 #51d-14, Aranjuez'.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can also take a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber. The ride from El Poblado to Jardín Botánico de Medellín will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic and should cost around 15,000 - 20,000 COP.
