If you are starting from El Poblado, make your way to the Poblado Metro Station. Board the Metro Line A (the green line) towards Niquía. After 6 stations, get off at San Antonio Station. At San Antonio, transfer to Line B (the blue line) towards San Javier. Travel one more station and get off at Parque Berrío Station. From Parque Berrío, exit the station and walk north on Calle 52 for about 5 minutes. You will arrive at the Museum of Antioquia located at Cl. 52 #52-43.

From your location in Medellín, find the nearest bus stop and look for buses heading towards the downtown area, especially those that pass through La Candelaria.
