Getting There

Walking
If you are in the central area of Laureles, start by heading towards the nearest main road, Avenida 80. From there, you can walk either north or south depending on your starting point. If you are closer to Avenida Nutibara, walk towards the intersection with Avenida 80. Once you reach Avenida 80, head south until you reach the intersection with Calle 30. Turn left (east) on Calle 30 and continue walking until you see the entrance to Parques del Río Medellín on your right. The park is easily recognizable with its green spaces and pathways.

Metro
If you prefer to use public transport, walk to the nearest Metro station, which is Estadio Station. From Laureles, it’s about a 15-minute walk. Once at Estadio Station, take the Medellín Metro Line B towards San Antonio. Alight at the next stop, which is San Antonio Station. Transfer to Line A towards Niquía and get off at the Poblado Station. From there, it’s a short walk back towards Parques del Río Medellín, walking along Avenida El Poblado. The total cost of the Metro journey will be around 2,500 COP.
