From the central area of Neiva, head to the main bus terminal, Terminal de Transporte de Neiva. You can take a taxi or walk if you are close enough. Once at the terminal, look for a bus heading towards the Avenida Circunvalar route. These buses frequently leave and will take you along the road toward the area near Tower Mohán. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you want to get off at Avenida Circunvalar con Calle 10, as this is the closest stop to your destination.
