Walking
From Plaza de Los Libertadores, head southeast on Calle 8 towards Carrera 5. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Carrera 7. Turn left onto Carrera 7 and walk for about 300 meters until you reach the main road, Avenida del Libertador. Cross the road and continue straight towards the Río Magdalena. The Malecón will be on your right, along the riverbank.

Public Transport (bus)
From the Neiva bus terminal, take a bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop near Plaza de Los Libertadores. From there, walk southeast on Calle 8 towards Carrera 5, continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach Carrera 7. Turn left and walk for 300 meters to Avenida del Libertador, cross the road and proceed straight towards the Río Magdalena. The Malecón will be on your right.
