If you are already in Pasto's downtown area, you can easily walk to Chapalito Park. From the central plaza (Plaza de Nariño), head east on Calle 18, then turn right on Carrera 10 until you reach Calle 12. The park is located on your left. The walk is roughly 1 km and should take about 15 minutes. No costs are associated with walking.

Buses C12, C7, E5, C1, and E2 are known to pass near the park. A one-way bus ticket in Pasto costs approximately 2,200 COP. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the park.
