Walking
If you are in the city center of Pasto, head towards the main square, Plaza de Nariño. From there, walk east along Calle 18 for about 5 blocks. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the large colorful murals that decorate the buildings. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Plaza del Carnaval, which is located between Calle 18 and the surrounding streets.
Public Transport (Bus)
Locate the nearest bus stop in the city center. Take a bus heading towards the 'Centro' or 'Plaza de Nariño' route. After approximately 5-10 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Calle 18. Once you get off, walk east along Calle 18 for about 5 blocks until you reach Plaza del Carnaval. This journey will take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
