If you are starting from the central Plaza de Nariño, head south on Calle 18 for about 5 blocks until you reach Carrera 23. Turn left onto Carrera 23 and walk for another 3 blocks. Santiago Park will be on your right at Cra. 23 #12.

From the Plaza de Nariño, you can take a local bus heading towards the north side of the city. Board any bus that indicates 'La Universidad' or 'El Centro'. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop near Carrera 23. From there, walk south on Carrera 23 for about 2 blocks, and Santiago Park will be on your left at Cra. 23 #12.
