From the road between Mocoa and Villagarzón, find the unpaved road between 'Gas del Putumayo' and 'Zona Libre'. Follow this road for 15-20 minutes, cross the bridge over the Mocoa River, and turn left immediately after the bridge to reach the starting point of the trail. There are no entrance fees to access the trail.

Public Transport
Take a colectivo or bus from Mocoa towards Villagarzón. Ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance to Canalendres, near 'Gas del Putumayo' and 'Zona Libre'. From there, follow the unpaved road to the trail. The bus fare is approximately 2,000 COP.
