Getting There

Taxi/Colectivo
From Mocoa, take a taxi or colectivo (shared taxi) towards Villagarzón. Ask to be dropped off at the entrance to the trail for Cascada Ojo de Dios, around Km 6 on the Mocoa-Villagarzón road. The ride should take approximately 20 minutes. From the drop-off point, it's about a 1.5-hour hike to the waterfall. A taxi or 'colectivo' from the Mocoa bus terminal heading towards Pitalito should cost around 10,000 COP.

Walking
From the main road (Mocoa-Villagarzón highway), follow the signs for Cascada Ojo de Dios. The trail is shared with the route to Fin del Mundo waterfall for a portion of the way. The hike to the waterfall is approximately 1.5 hours and involves some steep and muddy sections. It is recommended to wear appropriate footwear and bring water. Remember that the trail to Cascada Ojo de Dios shares the same starting point as the trail to the more famous Fin del Mundo waterfall, but the paths diverge at a certain point.
