If you are driving from Mocoa, head east on the Avenida del Libertador until you reach the intersection with the Calle 10. Turn right onto Calle 10, which will become the carretera to San Francisco. Continue on this road for about 8 kilometers. You will see signs for Vereda San Jose del Pepino; follow these signs. The Posada Etnoturistica Achalay is located in the Cabildo Indigena Los Pastos. Look for the sign indicating the entrance to the lodge.

From Mocoa, take a bus heading towards San Francisco. Buses leave regularly from the terminal located near the central park. The fare is approximately 5,000 COP.
