  • Public Transport

    From Santa Marta, take a bus towards Tayrona National Park. Ask the driver to drop you off at Palangana, which is the access point for Neguanje. From Palangana, you can either hitchhike or hire a car or motorcycle to take you to Neguanje. The bus fare from Santa Marta to Palangana is approximately 9,000 COP.

  • Taxi/Car

    A taxi or car from Santa Marta to Neguanje will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Negotiate the fare with the driver before starting your journey. The approximate cost is 80,000 COP. Keep in mind that if you go by car, the entrance fee costs 13,500 COP and parking costs 10,000 COP.

  • Boat

    Alternatively, you can take a boat from Taganga to Neguanje. The boat trip takes approximately 1 hour and costs around 50,000 COP per person. From Neguanje you can get to Playa Cristal.
