Walking
If you are starting from the Santa Marta Cathedral, head south on Calle 16 towards the beach. After about 5 minutes, turn left onto Calle 4. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Carrera 2. Turn right and walk along Carrera 2 for about 10 minutes until you reach Calle de la Carcel. Turn left, and you will find Parque Venezuela on your right side.

From Parque de los Novios, take a public bus heading towards Comuna 2. The bus stop is located near the main square. Once on the bus, tell the driver you want to get off at Calle de la Carcel. The bus ride should take about 15 minutes. Once you get off, walk a few steps and you will see Parque Venezuela.

You can easily find a taxi from any major point in Santa Marta, like the beach or Parque de los Novios. Just tell the driver 'Parque Venezuela en Calle de la Carcel, Comuna 2'. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic.
