Walking
If you are starting from the waterfront area near Parque de los Novios, head northeast on Calle 10 towards the main road, Calle 1. Cross over to Calle 1 and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle 14. Turn left onto Calle 14 and walk straight for about 3 blocks. The Alcaldía de Santa Marta will be on your right side at Calle 14 #2-49, near the Plaza de San Francisco.

From the main bus terminal in Santa Marta, board a bus that has 'Centro' or 'Centro Histórico' written on it. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to Calle 14. Once you disembark, walk down Calle 14 towards the sea for approximately 5 minutes. The Alcaldía de Santa Marta will be located at Calle 14 #2-49 on your left.
