From the center of Santa Marta, head to the 'Terminal de Transportes' bus terminal, which is located approximately 10-15 minutes away by foot from Parque de los Novios. Once at the terminal, look for buses heading to Minca. The buses are frequent and usually marked with their destination. Board a bus to Minca, which will take around 30-40 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Rivera Minca. When you arrive in Minca, you can either take a taxi or walk to Rivera Minca, which is about 10-15 minutes away on foot.

Mototaxi
After arriving at the Minca bus stop, you can easily find mototaxis waiting for passengers. These are motorcycle taxis that can take you directly to Rivera Minca. Agree on a fare before getting on; it should be a short ride of about 10 minutes. Just mention Rivera Minca, and they will know where to take you.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from Minca to Rivera Minca, exit the bus and head towards the main road (Calle 14). Follow this road as it winds through the scenic landscape. You will pass through some local shops and cafes. Continue walking for about 1-1.5 kilometers, which should take around 20-30 minutes. The path is mostly downhill, and you’ll enjoy beautiful views along the way. Look for signs or ask locals if you need directions, as they are friendly and helpful.
