After approximately 30 km, take the exit toward El Playón. Follow the signs for El Playón and continue for about 12 km until you reach El Salto de la India. There is usually parking available near the site, but expect to pay a small fee, typically around 5,000 COP. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rural roads as the last stretch may be unpaved.

• Public Transportation

  To reach El Salto de la India using public transport, first head to the Bucaramanga bus terminal (Terminal de Transporte de Bucaramanga). From there, catch a bus heading to El Playón. The bus ride will take about 1 hour and typically costs around 8,000 COP. Once you arrive at El Playón, you can either walk the 12 km to El Salto de la India, or you can hire a local taxi to take you there for a fare of approximately 15,000 to 20,000 COP. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

  If you prefer a more convenient option, you can also book a taxi or use rideshare services like Uber from Bucaramanga directly to El Salto de la India.
