Car
If you are driving from Bucaramanga, take the Autopista Bucaramanga - Barrancabermeja (Route 66) towards San Gil. After approximately 100 km, take the exit toward San Gil. Once you reach San Gil, follow signs for Barichara (about 20 km). Once in Barichara, look for signs directing you to the viewpoint, which is well-marked. Parking is available near the viewpoint.

From Bucaramanga, head to the Terminal de Transportes and purchase a ticket for a bus to San Gil (costs around 25,000 COP). The journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in San Gil, transfer to a bus heading to Barichara (costs around 8,000 COP, takes about 30 minutes). After arriving in Barichara, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the viewpoint, which is a short walk from the main square.
