From the San Onofre bus stop, take a motorcycle taxi or a local bus towards the reserve, approximately 10 km from the town center. Bus fare from Sincelejo to San Onofre is approximately 32,000 COP. Motorcycle taxi from San Onofre to the reserve costs around 8,000-10,000 COP.

If driving from Sincelejo, the capital of Sucre, head northwest on Autopista 25 (Ruta 90) for about 50 km until you reach San Onofre. From San Onofre, follow local roads towards the reserve, approximately 10 km from the town center. The reserve is located at postal code 707017, about 20 minutes from San Onofre. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rural roads, as some sections can be bumpy. Parking is available near the entrance of the reserve; rates are approximately 5,000 COP per day.
