Start at the Aspen Visitor Center located at 590 N Mill St, Aspen, CO 81611. Head south on Mill Street towards Main Street. Continue straight as Mill Street turns into S Mill Street. After approximately 0.5 miles, you will reach the intersection with E Hyman Avenue. Turn left onto E Hyman Avenue and walk for about 0.2 miles. At the end of E Hyman Avenue, turn right onto S Galena Street and continue for about 0.3 miles. You will see the entrance to the Rio Grande Trail on your left; follow the trail. Continue walking along the Rio Grande Trail for about 0.8 miles, enjoying the scenic views of the river and surrounding nature. After about 15-20 minutes of walking on the trail, you will arrive at Sheely Bridge.
