Start at the Aspen Visitor Center located at 590 N Mill St, Aspen, CO 81611. Head south on Mill Street towards Main Street. Continue straight as Mill Street turns into S Mill Street. After approximately 0.5 miles, you will reach the intersection with E Hyman Avenue. Turn left onto E Hyman Avenue and walk for about 0.2 miles. At the end of E Hyman Avenue, turn right onto S Galena Street and continue for about 0.3 miles. You will see the entrance to the Rio Grande Trail on your left; follow the trail. Continue walking along the Rio Grande Trail for about 0.8 miles, enjoying the scenic views of the river and surrounding nature. After about 15-20 minutes of walking on the trail, you will arrive at Sheely Bridge.

Begin your journey at the Aspen Recreation Center, located at 0861 Maroon Creek Rd, Aspen, CO 81611. Rent a bike if you don’t have one. Head east on Maroon Creek Road for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with the Rio Grande Trail. Turn left onto the Rio Grande Trail, where you will enjoy a scenic ride. Continue along the trail for approximately 1.5 miles. You will pass through beautiful landscapes and may spot local wildlife. After about 10-15 minutes of biking, you will reach Sheely Bridge, where you can take a break and enjoy the view.
