Laws Whiskey House: A Distiller's Delight in Denver

Getting There

• Public Transit

  To get to Laws Whiskey House at 80 W Arkansas Ave, Denver, CO 80223 from downtown Boulder, start by walking to the Boulder Transit Center located at 14th St & Walnut St. Take the RTD Flatiron Flyer (FF1) bus towards Denver. The bus will take you directly to the Denver Union Station. From Union Station, transfer to the RTD light rail by boarding the C Line towards Littleton. Get off at the Englewood station, and from there, you can take a short bus ride on the RTD Route 11 towards the Overland area. Disembark at the 'Arkansas Ave & South Tejon St' stop. Walk about 3 blocks west on Arkansas Ave, and you'll find Laws Whiskey House on your left.

• Biking

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Boulder. Head south on the Boulder Creek Path which connects to the South Boulder Creek Trail. Follow the trail until you reach the South Boulder Road and then make a right turn. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and then right onto W Mississippi Ave. Follow Mississippi Ave until you reach the intersection with S Tejon St, then turn left. Laws Whiskey House is located at 80 W Arkansas Ave, just a short ride from there. Remember to lock your bike up at the distillery!

• Walking

  For those who enjoy walking, you can take a scenic stroll from Boulder to Laws Whiskey House. Start by heading south on Broadway until you reach the intersection with W Table Mesa Dr. Continue south until you reach the intersection with S Colorado Blvd. Turn right and walk along Colorado Blvd until you hit Arkansas Ave. From here, turn left on Arkansas Ave and continue walking until you reach 80 W Arkansas Ave. It's a long walk of about 30 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the sights along the way!
