Discover more about McGregor Square

McGregor Square, located in the heart of Denver's Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood, is a dynamic mixed-use development that spans an entire city block. Opened in 2021, it was envisioned by the late Keli McGregor, former president of the Colorado Rockies, as a solution to multiple needs within the baseball stadium, LoDo, and the Denver community. The project was led by Rockies' team owner Dick Monfort. The square features three buildings: The Rally Hotel, McGregor Square Residences, and McGregor Square Offices. These surround a 17,000-square-foot central plaza, which acts as a year-round outdoor living room for Denver. The plaza boasts Denver's largest outdoor LED screen (66 by 20 feet), used for broadcasting Rockies games, concerts, movie nights, and other events. McGregor Square offers a variety of experiences, including dining, retail, and entertainment options. It is home to several restaurants, bars, and a full-scale food hall, Milepost Zero. Retail options include unique shops like Flowers on the Vine and Peak-A-Boo Toys, as well as The Rally Store, the Colorado Rockies Flagship store. Located just two blocks from Denver Union Station, McGregor Square is easily accessible via public transportation. It has become a popular gathering place for Rockies fans before and after games, as well as a destination for locals and tourists seeking entertainment and urban experiences.
