    Start at the Boulder Downtown Transit Center. Take the 'SKIP' bus route towards the 'Table Mesa' stop. Once you arrive at the Table Mesa stop, transfer to the 'HOP' bus route heading towards 'Baseline'. Get off at the 'Baseline & Flagstaff' stop. From there, walk north on Flagstaff Road for about 1.5 miles until you reach Panorama Point, which is located at 760 Flagstaff Rd.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in central Boulder. Head west on Pearl Street until you reach 9th Street, then take a left.
