    Getting There

    Driving

    From Boulder, head west on Baseline Road, which turns into Flagstaff Road. Continue up Flagstaff Road for approximately 3.4 miles to the junction with Flagstaff Summit Road. Realization Point will be on both sides of the road. Parking is available in the lots, but it can be limited. Parking fee is $5 for non-Boulder County residents. Be aware that Flagstaff Road is a steep, winding mountain road with hairpin turns.

    Walking

    From Chautauqua Park (9th St & Baseline Rd), follow the Bluebell Road trail into the mountains. Continue on the Bluebell Road trail until you connect with the Flagstaff Trail. Follow the Flagstaff Trail upward, which will eventually lead you to Realization Point. This hike is approximately 3 miles one way and can take about 1.5 to 2 hours.

    Public Transport

    From downtown Boulder, take the HOP, JUMP, 225, 225D, DASH, or 208 bus. Get off at Broadway and Mapleton, then walk or bike west on Mapleton to the trailhead. From there, follow Flagstaff Road to Realization Point. Bus fare is approximately $3 [need to verify].
