Walking
From Chautauqua Park (900 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO 80302), walk north through the park towards the base of the Flatirons. Follow the signs for Bluebell Road, a pedestrian-only access point. Continue on Bluebell Road until you reach the Bluebell Shelter, where the trailhead for the Royal Arch Trail begins. The walk from Chautauqua Park to the Bluebell Shelter is approximately 0.5 miles. No cost.

Public Transport
From downtown Boulder, take the bus to the intersection of Broadway and Baseline Road. Several bus lines serve this intersection, including the 225D, DASH, FF1, FF2, and FF5. From there, walk west on Baseline Road to Chautauqua Park. Enter the park and follow the walking directions to the Royal Arch Trail. Bus fare is $3.

Parking
Parking is available at Chautauqua Park, but it can be limited, especially on weekends and holidays. Paid parking is in effect from Memorial Day to Labor Day, costing $2.50 per hour between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Payment can be made via the ParkMobile app or at pay stations. Free parking is available at satellite lots with shuttle service to Chautauqua Park on summer weekends and holidays. During the fall, winter, and spring, parking at Chautauqua is free.
