Public Bus
From downtown Boulder, you can take the RTD bus route 204 towards Nederland. Board the bus at the Boulder Civic Area stop or the 14th St & Canyon Blvd stop. Ride for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the stop near the entrance to the Switzerland Trail. Be sure to check the RTD schedule for exact departure times.
Biking
If you're in Boulder, rent a bike from one of the local bike shops. Start your ride from the Pearl Street Mall, heading west on Pearl Street until you reach 28th St. Turn left on 28th St and continue until you reach the intersection with Colorado 119. Turn right onto CO-119 and follow the signs to the Switzerland Trail. The trailhead is located a short distance from the highway.
Walking
For a scenic walk, start from the Boulder Creek Path, which is easily accessible from downtown Boulder. Walk west along the path until you reach the junction with the trail that leads towards the Switzerland Trail. This route may take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.
