From Boulder, head to the Boulder Transit Center located at 14th St & Canyon Blvd. Take the RTD 204 bus towards Denver. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Union Station stop in Denver. From Union Station, transfer to the RTD 38 bus towards the Denver City & County Building. Get off at the 14th Ave & Bannock St stop. The Denver City & County Building will be directly in front of you at 1437 Bannock St.
