Start at the Boulder Transit Center located at 14th Street and Walnut Street. Take the RTD bus route 204 (the 'Boulder to Denver' route) towards Denver. The bus will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to reach Denver. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 16th Street Mall. Once you exit the bus, walk east along 16th Street Mall for about 0.3 miles. The Sugar Building will be on your right at 1530 16th St Mall, Denver, CO 80202.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations around Boulder. Head south on 14th Street until you reach Arapahoe Avenue. Turn right on Arapahoe Avenue and follow it as it becomes Canyon Boulevard. Continue until you reach the intersection with Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway and follow it until you reach the intersection with 16th Street. Turn right onto 16th Street and head south for about 1.5 miles.
