From downtown Boulder, walk to the Boulder Transit Center located at 14th St and Walnut St. Board the RTD bus route 204 towards Westminster. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the stop at 92nd Ave & Wadsworth Blvd. From there, walk about 0.5 miles east on 92nd Ave until you reach the Westminster Bell Tower located at 4800 W 92nd Ave, Westminster, CO 80031.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in downtown Boulder. Head south on 13th St, then turn left on Canyon Blvd, which becomes the bike path. Follow the path to the east, then take the left onto the US-36 bike path. Continue on the bike path until you reach the intersection with Wadsworth Blvd. Turn right on Wadsworth Blvd and head north until you reach 92nd Ave. Turn left and the Westminster Bell Tower will be on your right at 4800 W 92nd Ave.
