    From Colorado River Valley, head east on Highway 24 towards Colorado Springs. Continue on Highway 24 for approximately 45 miles. As you approach Colorado Springs, take the exit for I-25 South towards Pueblo. Merge onto I-25 South and continue for about 5 miles. Take exit 141A for US-24 East toward Downtown Colorado Springs. Continue on US-24 East for about 2 miles, then turn left onto North Cascade Avenue. The Boulder Crescent Place Historic District will be on your right at 398-312 N Cascade Ave. Parking may be available on the street or in nearby lots, which may incur a fee.
