    Getting There

    Public Bus

    From downtown Durango, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Durango Transit Route 1 towards the Fort Lewis College. The trip will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the stop identified as 'Southwest Community College'. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles along US-550 North, following the road signs towards Pinkerton Hot Springs. Be cautious as this is a busy road with limited sidewalks. The hot springs will be on your left at 35554 US-550.

    Bicycle

    If you're comfortable riding a bike, you can rent one from a local shop in Durango. Start at Main Avenue and head south towards the Animas River Trail. Follow the trail to the south until you reach the junction with US-550. Turn right onto US-550 and continue north for approximately 1.5 miles. You will find Pinkerton Hot Springs on your left at 35554 US-550. Remember to wear a helmet and obey all traffic rules.

    Walking

    If you prefer to walk, you can start from downtown Durango. Head south on Main Avenue until you reach 4th Street. Turn left on 4th Street and continue walking until you hit US-550. Turn right onto US-550 and walk north for about 1.5 miles. Please be cautious as this road has heavy traffic and limited pedestrian paths. Pinkerton Hot Springs will be located on your left at 35554 US-550.
