Getting There

Car
If you're traveling by car, the easiest way to reach Cliff Palace is to take US-50 W from any location in Eastern Plains. Head west toward Colorado Springs and merge onto I-25 S. Continue on I-25 S until you reach US-160 W. Follow US-160 W until you reach the junction with CO-491 N. Take CO-491 N towards Cortez. Once in Cortez, follow the signs to Mesa Verde National Park. The entrance is located off of CO-10. Once inside the park, follow the signs for Cliff Palace Loop. Note that there is an entrance fee to Mesa Verde National Park, which is currently $30 per vehicle. This fee is valid for 7 days.
