    Getting There

    Driving

    The NCAR Mesa Laboratory is located at 1850 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder, CO 80305. From downtown Boulder, take Broadway south to Table Mesa Drive. Turn left onto Table Mesa Drive and continue west for approximately 1.5 miles. The Mesa Lab will be on your left. Parking is free in the designated lot. Note: During peak times parking may be limited.

    Ride-sharing

    Request a ride-share (Uber/Lyft) to the NCAR Mesa Laboratory, 1850 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder, CO 80305. The drop-off point is in the main parking lot. A ride from downtown Boulder typically costs $15 - $25, depending on demand.

    Walking

    While walking to NCAR is possible, be aware that it involves a significant uphill climb. From the intersection of Table Mesa Drive and Broadway, it is approximately a 1.3-mile walk with a 433 ft elevation gain. There is a three-quarter mile trail from the neighborhoods. Ensure you are prepared for the physical exertion and bring water. There are no sidewalks for a portion of the walk along Table Mesa Drive.
