If you are in downtown Estes Park, start at the Estes Park Visitor Center located at 500 Big Thompson Ave. Exit the Visitor Center and head northeast on Big Thompson Ave. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Elkhorn Ave. Turn left onto Elkhorn Ave and walk for another 0.2 miles. You will see a small park area on your left. Continue for a bit further until you reach the intersection with Riverside Dr. Turn left onto Riverside Dr. After a short walk of about 0.1 miles, you will see the Estes Park Playground on your right. Biking
From the Estes Park Visitor Center, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Start biking northeast on Big Thompson Ave for about 0.3 miles. At the intersection with Elkhorn Ave, take a left and continue biking for about 0.2 miles. You will pass some shops and restaurants. As you approach Riverside Dr, turn left. The Estes Park Playground will be on your right after a short ride of about 0.1 miles. There are bike racks available for you to secure your bike while you enjoy the playground.

While there is no direct public transport to the Estes Park Playground, you can take the free Estes Park shuttle service. Board the shuttle at the Estes Park Visitor Center, and ask the driver for the nearest stop to the playground. Most shuttles will drop you off near Elkhorn Ave. From there, walk northeast on Elkhorn Ave for about 0.2 miles until you reach Riverside Dr. Turn left and continue walking for about 0.1 miles to find the Estes Park Playground on your right.
