Unlike most chocolate retailers who are chocolatiers purchasing pre-made chocolate, Nuance roasts and transforms cacao beans into finished chocolate products on-site at their factory several blocks from the Old Town café. The founder emphasizes that artisan dark chocolate contains only two ingredients: cacao and sugar. Milk chocolate adds cream or milk to this simple formula. The Chocolate Flight Experience
