    If you are starting from the Glenwood Springs Community Center located at 100 Wulfsohn Rd, head east on Wulfsohn Rd towards the intersection with Midland Ave. Turn left onto Midland Ave and continue walking about 0.5 miles. Veltus Park will be on your right at 901 Midland Ave. The park is easily recognizable by its open green spaces and access to the river.

    From the Glenwood Springs Amtrak Station, exit and head to the nearest bus stop on 7th St. Take the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority bus (RFTA) towards Glenwood Springs.
