    From the center of Gunnison, start at the intersection of E Tomichi Ave and S Main St. Head east on E Tomichi Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with S 9th St. Turn left onto S 9th St and continue for another 0.3 miles. You will then reach the intersection with Co Rd 38. Turn right onto Co Rd 38. The Gunnison Valley Observatory is located approximately 2 miles down this road on your left at 2804 Co Rd 38.

    Biking

    Rent a bike from one of the local shops in Gunnison. Start at the Gunnison Riverwalk at the corner of E Tomichi Ave and S Main St. Ride west along the river trail for approximately 1 mile until you reach S 9th St. Turn right onto S 9th St and ride for about 0.3 miles until you hit Co Rd 38. Turn left onto Co Rd 38 and continue for about 2 miles. The Gunnison Valley Observatory will be on your left at 2804 Co Rd 38.
