Vail Brewing Company is accessible via the Town of Vail's free bus system. From Vail Village, take the Green or Red Line bus towards the west. Get off at the stop in Eagle-Vail, near the intersection of US-6 and Eagle Drive. The brewery is a short walk from the bus stop. There is no fare to ride the bus.

Vail Brewing Company is located off of US-6 in Eagle-Vail. From Vail Village, head west on I-70 and take exit 171 for US-6. Follow US-6 west to Eagle-Vail. The brewery is located at 41290 US-6 in the Eagle-Vail Business Center. Parking is available in the Business Center lot. Vail has implemented paid parking in the summer. Parking is $2 per hour with the first hour free, with a maximum of $10 per day. Parking is free after 3 p.m. until 4 a.m..
