Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Broadmoor Hotel, head south on S Cheyenne Blvd for about 0.5 miles. At the intersection with Cheyenne Canyon Rd, turn left and continue straight for about 0.3 miles. The Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center will be on your right at 2120 S Cheyenne Canyon Rd. This scenic route allows you to enjoy the surroundings of Cheyenne Canyon. There is no fee to walk to the visitor center.

  • Public Transport

    From downtown Colorado Springs, take Mountain Metro Transit Route 34 to the intersection of Cheyenne Road and Broadmoor Bluffs Drive, which is about a 15-minute walk to the Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center. From the intersection, walk south on Cheyenne Road, then turn left onto S Cheyenne Canyon Rd. The visitor center will be on your right. A single fare for public transport is $1.75.

  • Driving

    From I-25, take exit 141 for Cheyenne Mountain Blvd. Head west on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd, then turn left onto S Cheyenne Canyon Rd. Continue on S Cheyenne Canyon Rd until you reach the Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center at 2120 S Cheyenne Canyon Rd. Parking is available but can be limited. There is no fee for parking.
