If you're starting from the Ouray Visitor Center at 1234 Main Street, head south on Main Street for about 0.2 miles until you reach 4th Avenue. Turn left onto 4th Avenue and continue walking for another 0.3 miles. The Lumber Yard Condos will be on your right at 55 4th Ave, Ouray, CO 81427. Look for the large sign that says 'Lumber Yard Condos'.
