Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop at Nuckolls Avenue and 37th Lane. From there, walk north along Nuckolls Avenue for about 0.5 miles, and you will arrive at the entrance of Pueblo Zoo located at 3455 Nuckolls Ave.

If you prefer biking, start from the Riverwalk area in downtown Pueblo. Head west on the Riverwalk path until you reach the intersection with Santa Fe Avenue. Turn left onto Santa Fe Avenue and continue north until you reach Nuckolls Avenue. Turn right on Nuckolls Avenue and bike for about 1 mile, and you will see the Pueblo Zoo on your left at 3455 Nuckolls Ave.

If you are within walking distance from the central area of Pueblo, you can head north on Santa Fe Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Nuckolls Avenue.
