Walking
If you are starting from downtown Pueblo, head north on North Main Street. Walk for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East 4th Street. Turn right onto East 4th Street and continue walking for another 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with North Santa Fe Avenue. Turn left onto North Santa Fe Avenue and walk straight for another half mile. You will see the entrance to Runyon Lake Park on your right side, just after you pass the Pueblo Zoo.

Biking
From the Pueblo Riverwalk, take the bike path heading north along the Arkansas River. Follow the path for about 2 miles. When you reach the intersection with East 4th Street, turn right. Continue on East 4th Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach North Santa Fe Avenue. Turn left onto North Santa Fe Avenue and ride for about 0.3 miles. Look for the entrance to Runyon Lake Park on your right, just past the Pueblo Zoo.

Public Transit
If you prefer using public transportation, take the Pueblo Transit Bus #4 from downtown Pueblo. Board the bus at the nearest stop to your location. This bus will take you north towards the Pueblo Zoo. Get off at the stop closest to the zoo, which is about 0.2 miles from Runyon Lake. From the bus stop, walk east along the designated path for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the entrance to Runyon Lake Park.
