If you are starting from downtown Sterling, begin your walk by heading east on Main Street towards the intersection with 2nd Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with US-6 (also known as West Main Street). Turn right onto US-6 and continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles. You will pass by various shops and restaurants along the way, which are great for a quick stop. As you walk, keep an eye out for the cemetery on your left side, just past the intersection with 19th Avenue. The entrance to Sterling Riverside Cemetery is located at 18611 US-6.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in downtown Sterling. Start your journey on Main Street heading east until you reach the intersection with US-6. Turn right onto US-6 and follow the road for about 1.5 miles. Make sure to be cautious of vehicular traffic as you cycle along. The cemetery will be on your left side, and you will see the entrance at 18611 US-6. There is usually enough space to park your bike outside the cemetery.
Public Transit
Currently, there is limited public transportation in Sterling, but you can check with local services for any shuttle options that might be available to the cemetery.
