Walking
Start at the Vail Village transportation center. Head north on the paved path that runs parallel to the river. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Bridge Street. Turn left onto Bridge Street and follow it as it curves into the main village area. You'll pass several shops and restaurants. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto South Frontage Road. After about 0.5 miles, look for a path leading off to the right towards Buffehr Creek Park. Follow the signs that direct you to the park entrance, which will be on your left at 1950 Chamonix Ln.

From the Vail Village transportation center, take the free bus (Vail bus system) heading towards East Vail. Get off at the Buffehr Creek stop. Once you disembark, look for Chamonix Lane.
