Walking
If you're staying in the Vail Village area, start by heading towards the Vail Village Transportation Center. From there, follow the signs towards the Vail Intermountain bus stop. Take the free Town of Vail bus heading towards 'East Vail'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Nature Discovery Center' stop, which is right at the entrance of the center. The center will be visible from the bus stop.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Vail Village. Start from Vail Village and head east on the bike path that runs along the river. Continue on the bike path for about 2 miles until you reach the Main Vail Spur. Turn left onto Main Vail Spur C and follow the road until you see the Nature Discovery Center on your right. It's a straightforward ride, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.

From your accommodation, find the nearest bus stop for the Vail free bus system. Board the bus heading towards 'East Vail'. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at the 'Nature Discovery Center' stop. The center is easily accessible from the bus stop, and you will notice it immediately upon arrival.
