Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey in Moroni, the capital of Grand Comore. Head south on Route Nationale 1 (RN1) for approximately 28 km. Continue straight until you reach the junction at Moya. Take a right at the junction, and follow the signs towards Bouni Beach. After about 10 km, you will see signs directing you to Bouni Beach. Turn left onto G98X+4H7, and follow the road until you reach the beach. Parking is available near the beach entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Bouni Beach via public transportation, start from Moroni by taking a shared taxi (known as 'taxi-brousse') heading to Moya. The fare is typically around 1,000-2,000 KMF (Comorian Francs). Once you arrive at Moya, get off at the junction, and from there, you can either walk about 10 km or wait for another shared taxi that goes directly to Bouni Beach. The cost for this second leg is usually 500-1,000 KMF. Once you arrive, you will need to walk a short distance to the beach.
