From the center of Moroni, head towards the main road, Avenue du 7 Juillet. Walk north along this road until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and continue walking until you see a sign for Mitsamiouli. Follow the signs to Mitsamiouli, which is approximately 15 kilometers away. The walk will take around 3-4 hours, so be prepared with water and sun protection. Once you arrive in Mitsamiouli, ask locals for directions to JC52+C57, as it is a well-known area.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle in Moroni and start your journey on Avenue du 7 Juillet heading north. After about 5 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with Avenue de la République; turn left here. Continue cycling straight for about 10 kilometers until you reach Mitsamiouli. It should take you around 1-1.5 hours. Upon arrival, navigate towards JC52+C57 by asking locals for the exact location, as it is a notable area.
Public Transport (Taxi-brousse)
Catch a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) from Moroni to Mitsamiouli. Head to the main taxi-brousse station located near the port area. Look for a taxi-brousse heading to Mitsamiouli, which will depart when full. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Mitsamiouli, you can either walk or ask a local for directions to JC52+C57, which is a well-known location.
