From Moroni, take a minibus (taxi-brousse) towards Mitsamiouli. These can be found at the main taxi station in Moroni. The fare is typically between 500-1,000 KMF. Inform the driver you wish to get off near Maloudja Bungalows. From the center of Mitsamiouli, you can walk or ask locals for directions to J8C2+CVF, approximately a 10-15 minute walk.
